Unable to redeem previous season pass rewards (mainly engrams)
I have a old playstation account thats connected to my steam account which I use to mainly play on. But when I go onto the bungie site to claim previous season pass rewards the engrams goes to my playstation account characters which I no longer have access to. Does anyone know a fix or how I can get the rewards on my steam account ?

Edited by EckyThump: 10/10/2024 11:54:37 AMHey there, your Active set of characters are PSN ones that are being shared to Steam by cross-save. Any time you play on Steam, you are logging into and making progress on these PSN characters. You do not actually have any game data 'on' Steam, as your Steam is just a linked dormant account used to access the PSN characters. It is also your PSN characters that own the season passes and therefore it is correct that any rewards are being sent to them. The rewards should all be visible and available when you play on Steam, the platform you use to play on should not be an issue. Check each character to see if the rewards are being sent to a different one than expected. Also check their postmasters.
