Red Tape
Been running activities and have yet to have this gun drop. Has anyone else had this issue?

Just like last episode there are 4 guns( i.e the smg, the shutgun, the rocket luncher, and the red tape) that are timegated, 2 of them will be available in act 2 and the other 2 will be available in act 3. Since there is a triumph that state you need to pick up the ornament for the red tape from the kell's fall exotic mission that is act 3 mission i guess, red tape will be available only when the act 3 will start
