For a long time, the class ability regeneration of Khepri's Horn (excludes Spirit of the Horn), has been underwhelming at 15% energy on solar kill on a 1 second cooldown. Which limits getting a lot of energy on multikills with the exotic anyways.
Considering we have Stoicism with Spirit of the Horn now, which is objectively better than just Khepri's Horn, I propose to remove the cooldown and just increase the percentage to that scale system they put on everything:
Minors - 20%
Majors/Guardians = 50%
Anything higher - 100%
Reasonable for both PvE and PvP if I do say so myself.

However, I would add that it should also create a scorching field of solar energy instead of sending out the wave of solar energy. That always seemed a bit silly to me.
