I don't understand my internet is working fine i check it and its fine but only destiny 2 on xbox one can't be connect so what do i do i try restarting destiny 2 and it didn't work

I keep getting the same error during overthrow. I already reviewed the troubleshooting guide. Cleared cache on my console and router. Opened Destiny and overthrow and got the same error again.
