I played the episode Echoes and got the artifact: Hunter's Journal. I purchased the the final shape DLC, and when I went to the Pale Heart and talked to the ghost to get the quest, it says that 'a fireteam member does not possess the Hunter's Journal' and it doesn't allow me to start. How can I resolve this? Note: I have already talked to Failsafe, and the item she gives doesn't complete the first step of the quest
