36% DR for collecting 8 stacks WITH a fragment required vs 45% on orb pick up for woven mail. Frost armor is cool, but weak. With the amount of stacks you need to get max stacks, why is the DR amount not at the least 50%? Stasis already struggles to make orbs and the abilities are still not on the level of the other classes.
