Unable to create a tonic
Can’t progress past step 2 of 14 for Revenant Act 1
Edit: check post master - my quest went there.

13 RepliesThanks for your report. Make sure that your quest and item inventory have enough space for tonics and ingredients to live in. If you have full inventories, they will go to the Postmaster.

In my case, when I started creating tonics, I was given the quest with a full quest inventory but was confused about where it was, but it let me continue performing the required actions. When I went to my postmaster later, I didn't realize "Tonic Brewing Guide" was there, and I ended up picking it up. In the Details page, it's on step 1 of 4 asking me to collect the reagent, but in the Quest Info on the left, it says I've collected the necessary reagents from the shelves nearby, and the shelves currently have a quest marker to collect. When I go to collect, nothing happens. I appear to be completely locked out from pulling reagents.

1 ReplySame issue. Got a bit of progress by removing the quests and getting them from the vendor but when I picked the old quest from the postmaster it bugged on the pick materials step and can't progress the quest.

Getting the quest from postmaster doesn't solve the issue for me. Not able to get materials from the shelf hence cannot progress quest.

The way i found around this issue is to change to another character make the all the potions you want or need then change back to your main and they are able to be used normally. if you make them on one character any of your character can use them. Really annoying but hopefully this helps.

In the potion adventure it doesn't work, the other menus don't appear, I stayed at step 4 and it doesn't work

3 RepliesSame. Tried restarting game & changing characters. Nothing. It seems like the ingredients for the tonic don't spawn where they're supposed to if u cancel speaking with Eido.
