Do vendor engrams carry over episodes?

I would say no. Kinda like how seasons went, if you don’t use them you lose them.

I go forward thinking I lose everything not in my inventory, vault or postmaster.. which makes an end of season like a mini-holiday present time.. cause you have to use your engrams. -
