Prismatic acess
I swear to God ima crash out. First awhile back I bought the prismatic pre purchase + anniversary so I got everything. Then midway through the campaign it was unaccessible/just disappeared and I could do the campaign or use prismatic anymore. I contacted everyone and I couldn't get a simple answer. Bunnies has no support except for this. Microsoft said it was a glitch the forum said it was the platform Yada Yada. So I'm forced to buy the prismatic unlock again. Only for again today to be locked. I quit for awhile and re-downloaded and came back and it's locked once again. There's no way I'm buying prismatic again after two times with no refund. How do I get my money back/unlock prismatic again. (Keep in mind I even have the season pass and all the emotes and guns that come from the pre purchase)

Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed.
