PLATFORM: Xbox ISSUE: My Shadow's cloak class item does not allow me to change ornaments REPRO STEPS: On my hunter character, I enter Appearance Customization, inspect my Shadow's Cloak class item and attempt to apply any other ornament from my available ornaments. The class item is not locked (i.e. the option to lock it so it cannot be dismantled is not on). ACTUAL RESULT: No other ornament can be applied to this class item. The preview icon for the ornament flashes red when 'apply' is pressed. When in the appearance customization screen, my unlocked ornaments show as locked, including the option to unequip the ornament. EXPECTED RESULT: That I be able to apply any other valid ornament to my class item. NOTES: My Shadow's Cloak currently has 'First Ascent cloak' ornament equipped, I'm unable to unequip this ornament in addition to not being able to equip new ones. It currently has Superblack applied to it. I would like to add that this issue is not happening for any other class item, specifically Shadow's Cloak. If there's a known issue or a workaround it would be much appreciated!
