Name change bug STILL going on!!
Bungie PLEASE, you're saying you're working on the name change bug but I'm getting desperate here...
You gave us tokens but still MANY of us were not able to switch back to our old names. You've said you're working on it and I guess/HOPE you still are but I am starting to wonder here.
WHEN will it be done? WHEN can I finally get my old name back? Do you have any sort of time frame for when this will be resolved?

17 RepliesBungie issued the tokens a few weeks ago universally to all accounts. Keep in mind they are not an item, just a permission to change one's name. To change one's name the new name must be in alignment with the Code of Conduct and Bungie name policy. It is worth noting that while they did fix the issue, some names that were impacted are still not able to be selected as they were before. Bungie is investigating that. You can either wait for Bungie to implement a fix for previously moderated names or change your name to something other than your previous name.
