Mida Multi Tool catalyst needs a change..
In the current PvP environment it's impossible to get 200 Precision kills. Being a mid range weapon, it just can't compete.
Either remove it or make it 200 plain kills..
Jade Rabbit is a distance weapon, with almost twice the range, and only needs 250 kills.

Momentum Control is the playlist to run that weapon in.

Mida is an incredible scout and the only one that works well at closer ranges. I would say give it time. It's doable.
