Name change token
hi, I did not receive the name change token that people received back in late august/early September
does anyone else have this issue or is this just me, and please could this be rectified soon

Bungie issued the tokens a few weeks ago universally to all accounts. Keep in mind they are not an item, just a permission to change one's name. To change one's name the new name must be in alignment with the Code of Conduct and Bungie name policy. It is worth noting that while they did fix the issue, some names that were impacted are still not able to be selected as they were before. Bungie is investigating that.

The tokens were already issued weeks ago. When you go to change your name does it say 'your name can only be changed once' or 'you do not have any name changes available'? If its former then you have your token. A lot of names/users are still unable to change back to the name they had prior to the issue, this is still being looked into but we haven't had any real updates about its progress.
