Perfect Float and Frenzy should proc at the same time again
I guess I missed this change because I decided to take my Exalted Truth with PF+Frenzy out and was surprised to see PF no longer makes Frenzy proc faster.
I thought this was a pretty cool interaction and made Frenzy an actual usable perk in PvP. Would love to see this interaction return

They need to make enhanced frenzy actually do something again too. I’m sick of enhanced perks being completely pointless
