All you have to do is load up a nightfall alone and go to the well location near the starting point. I forgot the name. Then, have some weapons like hard light and continuously kill the explosive vex that spawns forever Do not break the square things as it will stop the vex from that portal. Then rinse and repeat for around 500 kill for all 3 challenges. It takes like an hour to do.
