Devils ruin catalyst
Devil’s Ruin Catalyst:
Substance(Allows for longer and more fluid kill streaks in the PvP)
Incandescent(Provides add clear capabilities in PvE content making it more viable)
Lower charge time from 1000 MS to 750 MS(not a huge decrease but still a good improvement)
This catalyst would solve a good amount of the issues in both PvP and PvE for this gun

I think impetus would be nice just like merciless catty. Kill clip for fusion rifles since it’s like a fusion
