Proof That Jun Died In Halo Reach!!! *CLICK HERE IF WONDERING JUN*
Alot of people debate about Jun's death.But im here to tell (or to some give an idea) about Jun's death.In the 2010 Edition of Halo:Fall Of Reach (the BOOK) after the book ended it had some "bonus material".It showed an "interview" with an Elite.After that it showed an email or letter from ONI (Cant remmber exactley) to SWORD BASE (?) saying that all the ships carring people from Reach.Dr.Halsey happend to be on one of those ships...they said everybody died,execept Halsey.In Halo Reach the game Jun had to take care of Halsey with his life (everybody died on those ships).Could it be that Jun gave his life for Halsey to take an escape pod maybe? And it just to happen that Halsey is on an Onyx Planet (or Forunner,once again cant recall)with Kelly (Kat). WHAT DO YOU THINK?

The proof that he died is the statue. It was a monument to their ultimate sacrafice. anybody who thinks hes alive doesn't listen well. Also, Bungie never said that games trump books.

Why did they do this? Couldn't we just have one lose end? One little mystery to keep us thinking? Nope. Just patch it up in the most anti-climatic way. Ugh. Why couldn't they have just given him a dramatic death in the game if this is what they intended?

He is probably alive in one of the novels Halsey took one of the Spartans (forgot her name) to protect her, she could have did the same with Jun to protect him.

No. Jun relocated Halsey to CASTLE base. PoA rlanded on Reach for some repairs and to retrieve the other part of Cortana, but had to leave in a rush because of the invasion. That's how it went.

If you read the new books he was killed by the Arbiter at the time, not to be confused with the one we know.

He was last seen escorting Dr. Halsey away from Sword Base to CASTLE Base under orders from Carter-A259. According to the Halo: Reach Legendary Edition Developer Commentary, Jun is still alive.

I have PROOF that Jun bumped his head protecting Halsey. He has amneisa and forgot he was an ethnic sniper. He became above average at every skill set and lost his acsent. That is PROOF that he is Master Chief! I have no links or specific quotes to back that up but, yeah it's true. Proof of stuff is awesome.
