It's happened a lot now, when I die there is a high chance I get sent back to a location I can't get progress from. For example I was in the battle where you have to fight 2 enemies in different locations and then end with them both being 1/3 of their bar but before I could even get the 2nd enemy to 2/3 I died and got sent back to the beginning of the mission. With the gate to the far front left inactive. The first time it happened I died trying to do a puzzle which I had to destroy boxes within a time limit or they respawn and when I died I got sent to a weird hallway which had receptacles which I need to place "deletion" in. I have to do this for stage 12 or 13 of the final act but this is discouraging me and I feel I may not complete it. I say high chance earlier because it's happened on EVERY run apart from my first run... (I started the Episode late)
