ban appeal response duration
Its been 45 days since my last ban and sent a petition the same day. Status still says OPEN. ticket number 344184
Does the status change to CLOSE in case they reviewed the appeal and denied or do they keep it open indefinitely?
What is the average response time for bungie help reviewing such ban appeals?

1 ReplyEdited by BNGHelp9: 9/20/2024 7:08:38 AMYou aren't guaranteed a response, and in most cases won't get one unless they need more information from you or the ban appeal has been accepted. If 4-6 weeks go by then your appeal has likely already been reviewed and denied. Bungie SRT will often just leave the tickets open and move onto another appeal/report so it not being closed doesn't mean it hasn't been reviewed already.
