HELP! INFINITE "LOADING CROSS SAVE DATA" SCREEN
Needing some urgent help on a recurring issues with Cross Save. I bought a PC and no longer play on PlayStation. I am trying to setup Cross Save, but every time I go to setup, I get stuck in an infinite "Loading Cross Save Data" screen. I have already tried using an Incognito window, different browsers, and the mobile companion app and I get stuck on all those too. It will not load past that screen and currently unable to setup cross save, meaning cannot play at this time. I do not use any kind of VPN either. Please help!

Hi there, Please try using another internet connection or using mobile data to access the site instead. It's possible this is caused by an error with the connection being used to access the website.
