Raid Jacket name change
I had bought the Salvations Edge raid jacket with personalization. I recently wanted to change the personalization and wasn’t sure if it was even a possibility. I have contacted Bungie support about this question but have never even received a reply after multiple days of waiting and had even put in another request with no difference. Can someone help me with this problem I am having?

If you've already sent in the tickets then unfortunately all you can do is wait, the Bungie store offers no other direct contact methods besides that.
