Buff Phoenix Protocol
Can I make a request buffing (when equipping) Phoenix Protocol by making Well's buff going back to the un-nerfed stage?

I already gives you roughly 40% of your super back, I think that makes it good enough to not need to be changed. It’s already a strong exotic

2 RepliesNo, but it would be nice if it grants you an enhanced version of Ember of Benevolence, so it has some neutral game use, and an even greater effect on your ability regen when you're buffing allies with Well of Radiance.
