So, just come back to play and I cannot find Zero Hour (Legend) available so that I can complete the Outbreak Refined exotic quest steps. Zero Hour only seems to be available in STANDARD or EXPERT modes. Anyone know if LEGEND is still available, and if so how do I access it? If its not available, Bungie need to think about us poot guardians who are catching up on things and make this possible.
