I was using the Vex Module: Connection and Partition places to advance through the quest. I went to activate the last of the 3 red diamond things and as soon as I went over to the last vex column to do so, I got a TURN BACK message and then died while activating it. I respawned outside of that area and so now I have the Vex Module: Partition but nowhere to put it and everything around me is asking for the Vex Module: Connection, which I cannot get because the game respawned me outside of where it is. Hopefully this will be remedied by either respawning you in a location you can still get and use the buffs, or by resetting the Vex Module: Connection to an area that can be reached.
