DISABLE ONE THOUSAND VOICES
As someone who does not have the item, and is getting DESTROYED in Gambit for those who do have it, I vote that the item. just like Telesto, be disabled until the end of the Blessing of Blades event.
This is only fair to those who do not have the item.
If Bungie DOES NOT do this, then it shows how little they care for the player base at large since this was obviously THEIR error.
Own up, disable it and apologize to everyone; those who -blam!- cause they got it taken away (even though it was never supposed to be a part of the event) and to us that have had to suffer the ill effects of your lack of oversight and testing in Gambit since Reset.

I was an avid Gambit players for years, always gilding the title. Then it became a sh1tshow as most have no clue on how to play the objective. This last week has been a blast using 1K. It’s the most fun I’ve had in ages invading and killing countless guardians and taking their motes. Yet some still have no clue. In 1 match, we needed 5 motes for the Primeval. All 3 randoms, yes ALL 3, were still collecting beyond 10 motes. I ran and got 5 and banked them. All 3 are a bunch of clowns. Chill and enjoy as your team mate probably killed many with 1K

2 RepliesDude...this is just the most whiny thing I've seen. Bungie accidentally made one gun fun to use in certain activities and they let those of us who had the gun have fun with it, much like the prometheus lens debacle. Are you going to complain about eyes of tomorrow? Microcosm? Those are all locked behind stuff you have to actually put time and effort into.

Nah. I don't have it, got my tail handed to me several times in Gambit by players that do, and I say let them have their fun.
