Name change won't save
I can't change my name. I go to the settings and whenever I press "save" it doesn't do anything

That nearly always means you're hitting the filter for one reason or another. If this is a previously used name, then Bungie are looking into a subset of names that still cannot be used despite the previous fix. If you're trying to use your platform name, there is a possibility you're triggering the personal info bit of the filter. Which names have you tried?
