Outbreak Perfected Crafting Intrinsic upgrade not acquired but have completed everything?
Hello, I'm not sure what to do I have completed everything I need to do to unlock the perks but they are not. Any help would be apricated.

Hey there, the intrinsic upgrades are tied to the 'Vaulted Obstacles' triumph which you have completed. What happens when you try to change the 'Corruption Spreads' intrinsic perk in the reshape screen? Does it not let you select the 'IV' version?
