During week 2 (9/3), I completed the secret chest to acquire the Destabilizing rounds portion of the catalyst, but did not receive it upon opening of the chest. My teammates got the catalyst but I did not. I had already completed all week one chests and triumphs, completed the story quest line beforehand before attempting the mission and even got the triumph of Signal Seeker to claim. I even attempted the mission again and attempted to claim the chest for a second time with a different group (while acquiring the 7 vex heads), and I still didn't get the catalyst. Not sure what bug is happening here, but I hope it can be resolved to I can continue my Destiny journey
