I have somewhat bad eyesight and I agree, the time needs to be bumped up abit IMO.

It will repeat the same numbers in sequence, unless you shoot the wrong number. Example : 1st set of numbers could be 12, 5,4, 6 Second set of numbers could be 1, 2,3, 8 Third set could be 9, 10, 11, 7. Once it goes through the last set, it will go back to the first set, the second set, the third set over and over again. unless someone shoots the wrong node, Only then will the numbers will randomize again
