3 RepliesGame has been dead for years. A few stragglers still playing just don’t know it yet. But it’s been dead for years. And this company is toast! FINITO!!! Heck, they don’t even own their butts anymore, Sony does. They are finished! Their PvP now is a disaster. And they are making a new PvP game!🤣🤣🤣 Logic, right? Just laughable!🤣🤣🤣 Complete mess! No talent left here at all!🤣🤣🤣 Their talentless staff are probably cleaning cars at headquarters now. 🤣🤣🤣 Absolutely nothing here but a shamble mess of shallowness!

20 RepliesLearned this a long time ago in business, when the customer stops complaining it’s because they have left.

2 RepliesWhen there are no more “Destiny is dead” posts, Destiny finally dies.
Chilling.
8 RepliesAbsolutely, similar to relationships. When she stops being concerned about you coming home at 2am, expect divorce papers soon.

5 RepliesFinal Shape in a nut shell. The player base was so desperate for new content, and needed FS to be good that they just blindly accepted it rather than calling bungie out for how bad it was. Pale Heart is a boring grind hole with less secrets than the Dreaming City or Throne World. The Campaign Story had so many plot holes, and the story was often progressed by characters doing the dumbest action possible because plot. Prismatic and exotic class items are cool, but they're all style and no real substance. Lore wise bungie built up the final shape as everyone coming together to stop the big bad. (war of idealogy, light vs dark, community vs the strongest) instead we got the core group stumbling around with no plan and only the final post campaign missions actually have us working with our allies to stop the witness.

21 Replies2 weeks since I left, and it feels really good. It totally sucks for the rest of you addicts who are stuck on a hampster wheel 😂

6 RepliesEdited by FloodZ: 8/30/2024 1:19:20 PMThe number of people 'complaining' outside the forums by not playing anymore or not buying new content is as high as it's ever been, and more are leaving every week. If anything, the people complaining on the forums are telling Bungie why all those other people left and how they might be convinced to come back. But -blam!- them; skill issue, right? When all that's left in the game are the 100 tryhards who still want Bungie to ramp things up so they have a challenge, you can all enjoy continually re-matching against each other in Trials, bragging to each other about how you shaved 1.5 seconds off your Salvation’s Edge time, and you'll have the forums all to yourself so you can gloat about how all those filthy casuals are finally gone.

4 RepliesEven the subreddits are getting quieter and quieter. Hate to say it, but the end does seem nigh.

5 RepliesEdited by adamndirtyape: 8/30/2024 5:43:32 AMStudies have shown that there is a consistent ratio of 1 to 26 concerning customers who complain. For every one who makes their displeasure known, usually about 26 more who are displeased are silent and watch how problems get addressed. Of those 26 silent unsatisfied customers, almost 95% of them will leave forever if they don't see rapid and effective responses to complaints. A customer who takes the time to complain is actually doing the company a favor since most just end up quietly leaving without ever telling the company about what they could have done to fix the issue. This sort of ratio is consistent across many, if not most, industries. Complaints may not make for good reading but they show the game still has a pulse, rather than those that are being met by deathly silence, like the new game Concord.

Very true It feels stronger each day

Unless Sony poor resources into this mess, the player base will continue to drop off. It's as bad as Luke Smith's disaster called the base game if not worse. I don't see this game really going anywhere from here, and I most definitely do not see Sony wasting any more money on this game/business knowing how this business has made sure they will lose a hell of a lot of their player base.

1 ReplyI'm not sure saving this game was ever their plan.

Yeah, we don't want this game to become Concord. Right?
