Charged Up Mod No Artifact
The "Charged Up" chest mod appears to be costing its discounted priced, regardless if I have the the artifact mod "Authorized Mods:Charged Up" equipped or not. It appeared to temporarily bug out my builds if I use it and try swapping between mods.
