New Exotic mission bugged at boss fight
[spoiler]made it the boss fight against Parodos Choral Mind and I got to him being immune with health just above last bar and the weak point to break the shield did not appear at all and can’t continue. Absolute annoying as id been soloing mission for over and hour[/spoiler]

Nearly 2 weeks later and no word or fix from Bungie.

I finally got it done after 20 resets but if I have to go through this for each step of it's quest for the perks as well, then Bungie has to fix it today or they are gonna lose what's left of the community because this locks the story for the rest of the episode which was the dumbest thing they have done but it won't trump theat awful bundle they tried to sell as a starter pack for lightfall on steam.

Done with Destiny 2, soloing this exotic mission and it's so dang bugged. Ran through it 8 times and the shield cube disappears every time! I've wasted enough time with this. I've invested a lot of money and time since the first destiny and this is the quality I get. I'm done.

1 ReplyThis is a bug yes and i'm not sure on what causes this but the only solution you have is to WIPE (jump off the cliff to suicide) and try again the fight.

This bug only seems to happen if you can't 1 or 2 phase it. If you need 3+ phases then there is basically a 50% or higher chance that this bug will happen after your 2nd phase. It seems to happen the most once the laser walls appear.

Edited by Bellirex: 8/28/2024 7:58:19 AMI had the same thing happen to me. I ran the mission with a friend earlier and we didn’t experience this issue nor did he when he solo’ed it earlier than that. I’m not sure what I did wrong. I got the boss halfway down, reset the mechanic, and continued the fight. It’s telling me to attack its weak point but I can’t find it.
