secret chest not spawning in new exotic mission
im trying to get the first secret chest in encore mission but the termial thingy to activate the puzzle is not spawning, i think im the only one having this issue

You'll need to complete the failsafe's Specimen quest. Once that's handed in the secret chest will spawn.
