Drop rate on Bow vs Shotgun and Rocket Launcher - Solstice event
What are the numbers for the god rolls of the event weapons? Why have I had a million bows drop and the others are few and far between?
(Crowning Dialogue) Impact Casing w/ Reconstruction + Bait & Switch
(Compass Rose) 97 Range w/ Threat Detector + Opening Shot
My guess the numbers on the relevant rolls and god rolls are far under 1%. This is another great example of bungo wasting everyone’s time and taking advantage of the people that still play the game. Grind forever guardian and you still won’t get what you want. Really sad what this game has come to. One day soon, I’m gonna quit playing and never come back.

All I wanted from Solstice was a solid RL with recon/bait. I played all three weeks and never even seen those two legendary perks together, let alone on a “good roll”.

I gave up on it because I just couldn’t get shotguns,I’d get like 6 bows 3 pieces of armor and 2 handcannons every time.

Finally got that roll on the rocket today but don't have much hope on getting lucky with the shotgun drops

2 RepliesPretty sure bungie set the bow to a higher drop than the others. They likely thought since it was the new weapon people would prefer farming it but didn't think about how bows aren't exactly popular choices in either pve or pvp.
