I apologize if this is a duplicate thread, but there appears to be an ongoing issue with a particular Destiny 2 Achievement/Trophy. I tried logging out then logging back in after speaking with Xur. I tried doing so from different platforms. I tried with different characters. I even tried heading to another destination after speaking with Xur. Nothing has unlocked this achievement for me. And it seems that others have been unable to unlock this as well. I've peeked at other forums...
