not broken really, just missing, "echoing gunfire" triumph worth 5 points was in the game for about 2 weeks before it was removed but the +5 score that people got from it remained, please re install the triumph or remove the 5 score from it at least. quite a few people in the triumph community are noticing the same issue and i have posted twice now, would really appreciate a reply to acknowledged its a known issue .
