Child account unable to turn on voice chat PS5
My child's account (9 years old) will not allow her to turn on voice chat or text chat. I have already allowed all communication features through her playstation account and specifically put D2 as an allowed game. Then on bungie's own website in the parental controls it shows that voice chat is enabled. Despite both of those things, as soon as she tries to turn on voice chat the option immediately changes back to "disabled" and we cannot get it to change. Please any help would be appreciated.

1 ReplyHi there, Young players (aged under 13, or their country’s age of digital consent) will need to link their account with a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult’s account in order to access certain features, such as joining text or voice chat. The parent, guardian or other responsible adult needs to have a Bungie.net account and verify that they are an adult.
