I think bungie needs to look at the Elsie's Rifle perk drop chance for zen moment, keep away and headseeker.
I have been farming, since attunement was made available, for an elsie's rifle. At least getting 5-10 drops a day, sometimes farming for 4+ hours at a time trying to get the Keep away/headseeker or Zen moment/headseeker roll. And as of now, I have had the weapon drop 139 times. With zen moment dropped twice, and headseeker dropping twice. Which means, even with the generally small perk pool that it has. It has a 1.43% chance for either of the perks to drop on its own for me. Or, to get both perks to drop is a 1 in 48302505 chance (used probability calculator for this.)
I...don't think thats normal. Am I wrong?

I've probably put in hundreds of hours now into Onslaught, with 200 - 300+ Elsie drops, and this perk combination is a white whale for me. With Bygones back, I'm playing more Gambit than ever to get the same roll and after 30 or so engrams still haven't gotten that combo. BUT on the plus side, Keep Away/Headseeker feels amazing.

1 ReplyDid you ever get it to drop? And if so how many did it take. Im at 150 right now with multiple copies of other perk combos, but cant get zen headseeker to drop for the life of me. I have like 10 headseeker keep aways.

2 RepliesI don't know, but the popular perks drop less often but then you have people who don't get anything other than those perks🤷🏻♂️
