Spirit of the Filaments doesn't always grant Devour
I have a Solipsism with Filaments and Starfire that I use for Bleak Watcher spam, but sometimes when I place down an Empowering rift I simply don't gain Devour, even if I leave and re-enter the rift. Anyone else with this issue?

It's caused by Facet of Protection, I've reported it many many times, and shared videos multiple times. I'm thinking they are just busy with other things unfortunately.
