SEASON 20 through 23 WEAPON CRAFTING FIX
From "This Week In Destiny - 06/13/2024" article:
"We are aware of an issue where players who completed crafting patterns from Seasons 20 through 23 while they were available to are no longer able to craft these weapons. This is not intentional and will be resolved in a future update."
I really hope today's update addresses this, issue is still ongoing.
If not, treat this as a kind reminder since I do not see this issue mentioned in the "Known Issues" page.

Bungie issued a fix for the legendary weapons a few updates ago however the fix was intentionally not applied to Wish-Keeper [quote]Fixed an issue where Seasonal weapons from the Lightfall year required Lightfall to be craftable.
