What form do I need to appeal a name change?
I've tried a couple of times already but I just get told I'm using the wrong form.
The form I used has "name change" as an option.

I do wish that info would have been given to you as a response, but that's basically the situation, there is no appeal. Bungie's the ultimate decider on what is or is not against code of conduct,

My previous name was just my steam platform name (which was my just my first / last name lol) so there's no way it was offensive or would have been flagged as inappropriate. But I was able to change my bungie name from the steps in this article. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/7648312251284-Bungie-Name-Guide EDIT: Apparently my name did violate the personal identifiable information policy bungie has. [i]Policies include, but aren't limited to: - An auto-created name that becomes empty or becomes offensive due to our filtration process - Mentions of Bungie, BNG, etc. or impersonation of a Bungie employee - Personal identifying information (i.e. first and last names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) - Hate speech - Implicit or explicit -blam!- terms - Website addresses - Profanity[/i]
