There was an error when binding cross-platform

My character on Steam is the main character which I've played for several years.At the last email you said the season pass is actived on the EPIC but the EPIC is a unregistered account.I guess the reason is the cross save request was unmade because of some reason.So I think you can move the season pass data from EPIC to the Steam to put the things right.     Hello there[url=https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/902560216871239752/989591085506515074/Hellothere.gif],[/url] Season/Annual passes are permanently bound to the save file/character set that was active at the time of purchase. If you deactivate cross save, the passes will follow the formerly active characters and cannot be transferred. In your case, if you want access to the season pass content you would need to play via Epic launcher and Epic characters.
