Dual Destiny has been out for a month and the majority of players have not completed it.
If Bungie wants this to be a community building event, they need to reward the community members reaching out to help.
Here are some suggestions:
1. Guaranteed double exotic class item drops when one team member is beating Dual Destiny for the first time. (If a guardian is spending 2 to 4 hours teaching someone the mission, give them a double drop every time)
2. Helping 3 players beat Dual Destiny unlocks a Ghost mod that ups the odds of exotic class items dropping in Overthrow.
3. Helping 7 players beat Dual Destiny for the first time gives a themed skimmer, emblem, and emote.
The skimmer and emblem would show a fist bump or high five.
The exotic emote would be called "tag team champions" and would have you and your partner striking classic 80s pro wrestling poses like the Road Warriors or Mega Powers.
You could spread these rewards out to 3, 5, and 7 completions, however I think 7 is maxing out most people's patience.
The overall point is to give unique and fun loot to players who are giving up hours of their time to make the exotic items available to the majority of the community.

9 RepliesIf you need rewards for helping people, you don’t actually care about helping people. And if you don’t care about helping people, you do not deserve rewards.

3 RepliesI want a Demolition emote, but LOD works too.

11 RepliesThis is just entitled lmao, you shouldn't be rewarded just for helping someone with an activity in a team based game. If you're gonna get all those benefits, everyone should.
