1) use the forge Eva gives you to pick up bounties that give armor alloy (they cost silver leaves) 2) complete the bounties (quickest way for me was choosing the green orb or ability bounties and doing sorrows harbor on the moon… which also drops like 20 silver leaves by the end of a run. You can also complete around two bounties per armor slot during all the tiers) 3) after you have enough alloy in a armor slot, a new “bounty” becomes available on the forge to unlock the armor piece in the Bonfire Bash activity Done. Just unlock the armor after the activity. It will now drop from the Bonfire Bash as a reward and the bounties for alloy will start dropping higher stat armor and double perk weapons at random. If you want the glows, just continue with bounties on the forge to get alloy to unlock the glows. It is a little confusing but once you read through it it’s not bad. *Tip - if you have all three characters but don’t play them all often and want the armor, just keep earning alloys on your main character and swap over to your alts when you have enough alloy saved up to skip to the armor/glow unlock step. ** Warning - once you’ve unlock the glow on a armor slot, the bounties no longer drop alloy and change to guaranteed high stat/double perk drops.
