Unable to hear anyone on VC (PC)
for the last couple of weeks I'm unable to hear anyone in the game, I've followed everything in the troubleshooting guide, opened ports, resolved my NAT type and even used the port forwarding method and I'm still unable to hear anyone.
Just got off a call with my ISP to make sure everything is okay and that my settings were saved properly. I'm sure that it is a networking problem because i have my settings right and also the sound setting on my pc (default recording device and everything).
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I've been playing since 2014 and never had any network/VC problems in both destiny games until recently with Final Shape launch.

6200 hours in-game on PC. Not a single time in the 2 years or so I've been playing has VC worked for me. I set all my audio to what Windows has, as Discord works fine. Can't talk, can't hear anyone talking. It's broken and useless.
