Pop up not going away
I haven’t got a piece of gear yet but I have the message off adding kindling on my screen and it won’t go away

Found the solution in another thread. Speak to Eva Levante, open the Solstice Forge and refresh the armor bounty that triggered the popup ( I used Helmet). Dismiss the Solstice Forge then dismiss Eva and the banner goes away

Go to orbit. Turn off HUD. Load into an activity. Turn HUD back on. 45 mins in and the tool tip has not reappeared. Hope this helps!
