Now that I have finally jumped through all the hoops and have access to the Dual Destiny mission, I can’t find anyone who wants to join. Perhaps because it looks and likely is extremely tedious. People with friends have already endured the pure slog enough to have no interest? I dunno. Total fail on my end. And I just now opened up the mission

6 RepliesAnother Dual Destiny cry post. 1. It's a great mission 2. No one does it because droprate and Rng suck (not the mission itself) 3. It's a Multiplayer game... so yea, make some "friends"

I agree that solo’s should have an alternative route to acquiring the exotic class items. However, since Bungie is showing no signs of changing their minds on this obviously bad decision, I’m here to help if you need it. I’ll probably be on in about 6 hours from the time of this post. If you are so inclined and available, shoot me a message (or friend request) and I’ll gladly help you out. If not, that’s cool too. I’m not here to judge.

1 ReplyLarge numbers of players have quit the game entirely because of Tyson Green's hatred of the majority of D2's playerbase. Focus on 10% of the playerbase, lose 90% of your income. The fool actually thinks that making something difficult to get will increase playtime. Newsflash: if it isn't something that's fun for people, they won't do it. His future unemployment will be inexplicable to him.

9 RepliesHave to agree with the sarcasm. It’s understood it can’t be completed solo. That’s fine. But why can’t you even enter solo? I like to see what I’m getting into before wasting someone else’s time on me learning, tweaking loadouts, etc. I suck at platforming so it was awesome when I could get a dungeon checkpoint to practice in dungeons, especially when this is on a timer. This is just all or nothing. I’m thankful I got to pair up with a patient guardian to sit through three attempts when I got my one and only completion. And just figuring out a mic setup was such a pita for me I doubt I’ll get the desire to touch it again.

Nobody wants to join for the mission? Probably has a lot to do with your bítchy, whiney attitude.

No, requiring two to start the DUAL Destiny mission makes perfect sense actually. I guess this is why sitting on your hands refusing to make an effort for a month isn't a good idea, huh? People did it and moved on while some people whined and waited for a handout they didn't get. And so NOW they'll whine about that. Truly pathetic.

5 RepliesYou’re not alone. as of today I’m binning the game until the class item becomes more accessible. It wouldn’t matter but now it’s more or less required for the best builds. I’ve had enough, off to find something easier .

It takes like 10-15 minutes and only ever has to be done once per character and then you can solo grind your heart out.

5 RepliesIt's all I need to get to level 8 and I'm not really wanting to do it, being a solo player. I lost some hearing in the military so communicating with a headset is problematic. Don't see why we can't be allowed to try it solo. Instead Bungle has two shots that have to me made at the same time, showing what control freaks they are. How's that working out for you Bungle? No sales drop? No loss of players? Stupid.

If you want to do it send me a message..haven't got to do it either

2 RepliesJust go to Fireteam Finder? Honestly, I have no clue how it would work without 2 players. It's still fun no matter what though. Heck, I'll even run it with you later if you want.

Almost like it's a team oriented game or something.
