I was in 7th grade when I downloaded Destiny - I thought it was just another PvP game from what people were saying about the Beta, and I really despised those games (CoD, Battlefield, etc). Decided to give it a try and was instantly hooked.
Met two of my closest friends that year at school, and we all started to play together. Nightfalls, raids, and even patrol we always did together. We played like this up till Witchqueen, when they had enough of Bungies -blam!- and dropped the game. Felt like I lost my link to them, but I dragged them back in for TFS to finish it out as a fireteam. It took almost a whole year to convince them. We're still close, and I've even been in their weddings - that's the one aspect I thank Destiny for.
TL:DR - Thank you to the developers and artists who made this universe such an unfathomably good experience. -blam!- you to the executives that were laser focused on cutting corners for profit, for the sake of their own bonuses. You've completely destroyed a decades worth of time and the prestige of Bungie as a studio.

No worries! A new raid is confirmed already by a dev and frontier is a new location introduced throughout the year instead of an expansion
