Where's Research and Development 6?
Is the quest bugged out again? Or timegated? Or is it just a case of stumbling across it somewhere?

Combined with the invisible enemies, invisible weapons, and Invisible guardians, I am about done. Been playing since D1 Alpha, with 9000 hours played in D1 and D2. Just fed up and disappointed with Bungie's incompetence and their inability to offer consistently enjoyable content. Final Shape was excellent. ECHOES is just boring fetch quests and rehashed content. Bungie, we need to leave sol and explore the universe. That would be fun.
