Completing the triumph for extra perks on Salvation's Edge adepts reduces the perks instead.
The triumph for collecting weapon crafting patterns in Salvation's Edge is supposed to increase the chance of adepts from SE havimg extra perks. At 4-5 patterns completed, I was consistently receiving weapons with 3 perks in both of the major colums. Since getting all 6 patterns I've received 10 adepts, and every one has dropped with 3 perks in the left column and 2 in the right.

I have actually noticed the same thing, I go for all the adepts in master raids and every since completing the last step for this triumph, all my adepts never have 3 perks in each column, where as before it felt like 75-80% of them would have 3 in each. Spent 250 spoils at end chest and not 1 weapon had 3 in each column.
